Hair Journey 7.31.12 - Update #7

To be completely honest, I'm not really sure where to begin my hair update this month. I had an insanely busy month, which caused me to not pay attention to my hair that much. Whenever I go through a rough time, I find that my hair and skin sort of mirror how I'm feeling.
My hair has been a bit more oily at the roots and more dry at the ends, which is anything but desirable. It's at sort of another awkward length for me too, so I'm hoping in the next few months I can get it looking more healthy and back to normal.

Straightened 1 time this month
Did an Aphogee treatment

Compared to last month, I experienced more shedding than usual.
I also didn't wash my hair as often, which helped it to soak in more natural oils.
I didn't take a multivitamin, and my water intake was about average.
Leaving it to dry naturally or in a bun has let it just take a rest.
I will try to give it more attention in the next month and do some treatments on my dry ends.

Oh I really love your hair journey. I really should do this too, I already dyed my hair in so many colours. But I'm just staying blonde for now.
