Physicians Formula Happy Booster: Beige
This is the Physicians Formula Happy Booster Glow and Mood Boosting Powder in Beige. What a crazy long name! It's a cross between a highlighter and a finishing powder with different shades of tan and a baby pink/purple color. It is a very sheer powder even when applied in layers. When put on over foundation, the skin looks more radiant and healthy; however it is so subtle that it would be hard for anyone to tell.
The packaging is adorable and the powder itself smells like violet to 'boost' the feeling of joy when using it. You can swirl the brush over all of the different shades and it will blend into a sheer light pink shimmer color. Or, you can dip the brush onto each individual heart to customize the color. The product is formulated to even out skin tone while lifting your spirit. Here's what the website says:
"Infused with our Happy Boost Blend, featuring Happy Skin and Euphoryl, natural plant extracts which have been shown to promote a feeling of happiness by mimicking the effect of Endorphins and helping protect the skin from environmental stress".
I haven't had any experience with my mood changing when using this powder, however the concept is cute and I like using it when I remember to. For the price of $13.95, I don't think I would purchase this product again. I prefer a more matte finishing powder that will provide more coverage and also match my foundation. The pink heart that is suppose to be a blush shade is too sheer and does not show up well on my skin. Save your money on this one girls.
