The Buxom Lashliner is a gel eye liner that is specially formulated to condition the lashes. The shade I have is named "Suede" which is a dark chocolate brown color that dries to a satin almost matte finish. I like to apply it with my Benefit bent eye liner brush then smudge it out a tiny bit with a Q-tip. It goes on very smoothly and pigmented because it is so creamy. Whenever I wear this liner, it lasts all day on the upper lash line and for at least several hours on the water line. The dark brown color looks more natural than black and can be used to make the lashes look fuller if it's applied thinly on the bottom of the lid.
If you want to read all about the conditioning benefits of this product, here's what Buxom says:
“Lash addicts beware: Buxom Lashliner is highly habit-forming. This may look like just a liner, but it's also a thickening and conditioning treatment that instantly takes the appearance of your lashes from hardly any to very many. This mineral-rich, paraben-free, whipped gel formula glides on like a liquid liner and dries to a long-wearing smudge proof eyeliner. The formula is made with natural ingredients, including vitamins A, C, and E; Honeysuckle; Jojoba Oil; Soy Protein; Tourmaline; and Biotin (vitamin B), which support healthy lashes. In one fluid stroke, you can fill in the base of your lashes—making them appear lusciously longer and fuller. This product is ophthalmologist tested and safe for contact lens wearers. The result: Healthy, lust-worthy lashes that have no limits.”
Tip: To make an eye liner last a long time on the waterline, top it with an eyeshadow of the same color to lock in the product.
